This proposal is some kind of icon building. The facade itself is a face. The production of the Benetton group will change season by season, but The logo will stay, the face of this project reflects the Benetton group logo.
visually project is divided into 3 parts. ground and first floor is transparent, very welcome space, invites you to enter. The middle part makes the main character of the building, green shaders, which emphasizes the character and the meaning of the building. Its dynamic, constantly changing, likewise the Benetton group production itself.
Besides, Teheran is quite sunny eastern city. So the skin of the building helps the building to stay cool even during the hot summer. From the distance building looks monumental and looks like pattern similar to the Persian miniatures, and when you come closer, it begins to clear up details more and more. You can clearly see its depth, levels, details, its character as in Persian art. This main pattern consists few types of typical moving panels, Because of the Benetton Group color full production, design stays calm and minimal with its recognizable pattern. Building is green, friendly, alive, welcome and happy. On the four underground levels are located car parking for 80 cars and storage space. On the ground and first floor – commercial area.
From the second to sixth floor – offices. which includes conference room, open area and recreation space with leisure activities. On the seventh floor is located apartments with its own terraces.
